Cassandra, y not go the the distributor in Ampang. I'm pretty sure they'll have adapter for your PISA..

Yes, Cassandra, last choice if you can't get anywhere else, just get it from Lactaequip, they are the Medela distributor in Malaysia...

But i think the adaptor price are quite expensive, if not mistaken more than hundred, just give them a call to ask for the price.

Just a suggestion, if you really in need and you can't find anywhere else in JB, can try to call Lactaequip at 03-4270 1128 to check if they can help to arrange for delivery to Johor...
