Hi Admin,

I've tried several times to upload my profile picture, as it is stated that the photo should be 100x100 pixel or <64KB.
I've set my picture into 100x100, and the size is only 18.2 KB.
The picture is already attached to my CP and can be seen by me but then when i click "save changes" there is an error message: "Upload of file failed." and as you see all of my posting doesn't show the profile picture of my user id.

Please help what's the problem of it?

a bit confusing hehehehe...

it's a much better method than using the forum's post images method.

Hi Admin,

thx for the innformation.
I've tried the step you given to me. Apparently the step you gave is for the "posting image"
but what i want is actually to post my icon picture at my user id

before i was using "Profile Picture" but id doesnt work, but then i just realize most the other users are using "Avatar" as the profile picture

And i tried using it... and tha da.... it works!

hehehe... but a bit wierd also, once i upload it and "save changes" it appear the same error message like before "upload failed" but it works, like what u can see now my picture appear

Anyway thx a lot for your info.
i will use the step you gave me for the other purpose (post the image for selling) hihi

I hope u can assist me here. I tied several times to post a new thread in the Market Place, but was notified to register first.

I dont understand coz i am already a registered user. Pls help..

Hi Mod,

Sorry I was such a goofball when asked to enter username I actually used my email address instead. I tried to change but it seems the only thing I could change is the password.

Is there a way of changing a username without having to create a new username? I do not want the hassle of that. Looking forward to your suggestions.
