Just having "baby" contractions the whole day today... By "baby" i mean nothing I can't bear (for now!), but I guess the intensity will increase *pretty* soon!

Ack!

Default My experience

Hi Farhana,

My delivery was 6/2/09, early in the morning 3am. But i m glad that it was quite a fast one though... thanks to the gynae also.. ;-)

I was very anxious and not sure if it was the correct sign of delivery on 5/2 nite, about 10pm... Hubby still wanna watch his favourite movie and so we went to hospital only around 11pm. I was admitted at about 1130pm then. By 12 midnite, midwife confirmed that it was only 1cm.

Thought it was a long way to go since it was my first delivery. By 2am, gynae arrived and said only 3cm and she decided to go home and come back again by 430am... hahaha...

However, i felt pain and pain around 230am and by that time, midwife was very hurry and called my gynae, i was not so sure why and dont bother also because the pain was overwhelming... doctor arrived at 245am and guess what?! they were shouting that baby's hair was visible!

So i hold baby Ian the first time around 3am... i was glad that i didnt go through a long delivery exprience... ;-)

huaaa... i wish i could be like you!
my delivery experience is quite long...longgg...
i felt contraction on 15th Nov about 10 PM. i don't bother it, because i tought it was Braxton Contraction. then it became more frequent, and i realized it about midnight (16th nov). and at 3AM the contraction is already about 10 minutes and actually we planned to go hospital, but we decided to in the morning. 9 AM we arrived at Prince Court Medical Center, then the midwife checked i'm at 2 cm.
then my gynae checked me at 11 AM, it was 4 cm, doctor said the fastest to deliver is about 4 PM. the contraction at that time become more painful and i couldn't afford it, and ended up with epidural hohoho...
then... the opening became slower because of epidural..
at midnight 1 AM, my baby born

long time waiting for the delivery...
and you know what... at the same time another mom also deliver, at the same time... may be about 1/2 hour before me, with the same gynae..make me feel worry my baby came out when the docter still at another mom..

but i'm very satisfied with the service at PCMC, it worths money.. perfect!
